Liverpool’s return to winning ways with win at Arsenal

Liverpool are now six points clear of Arsenal, with nine games remaining.
The Reds are also three points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand on Arsenal after a win over Sunderland on Saturday.
A win at Swansea would see them six points behind leaders Chelsea with four games remaining, while the Gunners remain two points behind the Reds with five games remaining with a win in hand.
Arsenal, who won 2-1 at Liverpool last time out, are four points behind Liverpool with three games remaining and the Gunner are three points behind Arsenal in fifth.
Liverpool’s win at the Emirates is their third in the past four games, with all three losses coming at Anfield.
This weekend’s fixture saw Liverpool score seven goals, a club record for a single match.
They scored two goals in the opening 20 minutes as they held on for a 2-0 win over Hull City.
Brendan Rodgers’ men have now won three consecutive games for the first time in their Premier League history.
